Arabic language is one of the six official languages of the United Nations. 22 Arab countries with a popoulation of over 435 million people speak Arabic. Arabic is the fourth language used on the Web, with 50.3% of the population are Internet users, which represent 5.3% ofthe worldwide users. Despite the widespread of the Arabic language, the situation is less brilliant for the use of the Arabic language on the Web. Arabic language is used by 0.6% of all the websites and the 17 language ranking on the Web.

Semantic Web is a collection of language data, connected according to special standards such as geo location, subject of interest, etc. The collection of interrelated datasets on the Web can also be referred to as Linked Data, Those are empowered by technologies, such as RDF and SPARQL. RDF provides the foundation for publishing and linking data. SPARQL is the query language for the Semantic Web. DBpedia, which is the RDF Linked Data version of Wikipedia is a example of Linked Open Data is the DBpedia project [4] which is one of the main sources of structured data on the Web.
